Single Spring Seals are of single spring design to take care of slurry sludge, crystallizing solutions and contaminated liquids. Due to open coil spring, it is used for non-clogging and self-cleaning operations. Single Spring Seals are available in Un-Balanced as well as Balanced design to take care variety of applications.
The spring is designed and energised to give perfect dynamic sealing. The rotary head is part of the spring assembly and it is usually mounted on the shaft with the grub screws. The Stationary Seat is not part of the spring assembly and usually it is mounted in the bore. Since these seals have very few parts, hence they can be easily assembled and dismantled.
Single Spring Seals are used in various Abrasive, Viscous, Crystalizing, Solidifying and Non corrosive slurry.
